I am a Cake Chef, most folks know me as Nonso but in the inudustry I’m also known as the Fundat King. I have been a Cake Chef for the better part of a decade. I cut my teeth at the Abuja Catering School for Deserts before obtaining a degree at the famous institute of Culinary Education in Pastry Arts, Cake Techniques & Design as well as the Art of International Bread Baking
